PROXIMITY DETECTOR
INTERFACE
single-channel, with line fault detection
and phase reversal
The MTL5011B enables a safe-area load to be controlled by a switch
or proximity detector located in a hazardous area. A relay output
is provided. Phase reversal control allows an alarm condition to be
signalled for either state of the sensor. A selectable line fault detect
(LFD) facility detects an open or short circuit in the field circuit.

Note: Resistors must be fitted when using the LFD facility with a contact input

1、安全柵應安裝在非危險場所。
2、安全柵通往現(xiàn)場(危險場所)的軟銅導線截面積必須大于0.5mm²。
3、連接導線的絕緣強度大于500V。
4、本安端(有藍色標記)和非本安端電路配線，不得接錯和混淆。本安導線宜選用藍色作為本安標記。本安導線和非本安導線在匯線槽中應分開鋪設，采用各自保護套管。安全柵的本安側，不允
許混淆有其它電源，包括其它本安電路的電源。
5、安全柵與一次儀表組成本安安全防爆系統(tǒng)時，必須經國家指定的防爆檢驗機構檢驗認可。PH系列安全柵安全柵由國家防爆電氣監(jiān)督檢驗中心，給出的Co，Lo分布參數(shù)是相對與ⅡC級(氫氣級)
的最大允許值對于ⅡB級環(huán)境可把該參數(shù)乘以3，對于ⅡA級環(huán)境可把該參數(shù)乘以8。傳輸線選用不同規(guī)格的電纜時，其本身的電纜參數(shù)應予高度重視，不得超過規(guī)定值。
6、對安全柵進行單獨通電調試時，必須注意安全柵的型號、電源極性、電壓等級及安全柵外殼接線端上的標號。
7、嚴禁用兆歐表測試隔離安全柵端子之間的絕緣性。若要檢查系統(tǒng)線路絕緣性時，應先斷開全部安全柵接線，否則會引起內部器件損壞。
